Q1: Inaccurate test data
A1：
a. During the test, the probe shall face the object under test. The illuminance value will get different values according to the distance. If you want to directly measure the light intensity value, you can make the distance between the equipment probe and the measured object 1m, and the illuminance value and the light intensity value are the same.
b. Ensure that there is no influence of other stray light. If you want to get accurate values, try to test in a dark room environment.
c. During the equipment test, the integration time is automatic, as shown in the figure below. If it is not automatic, please click to change it to automatic.

Q2: Use of USB storage and USB communication
A2: Connect the USB cable to the computer. As shown in the figure below, USB mode has two options, communication and storage. If communication is selected, the computer software can be used to control the equipment for testing. If storage is selected, the device can be used as a USB flash drive, and the test report saved in the device can be copied to the computer or the computer file can be copied to the device. If you only need to use the software to view and print the test report saved in the device, select the storage mode.

Q3: Error in stroboscopic parameter test
A3: Continuous testing is required to obtain correct stroboscopic parameters. Therefore, if your equipment has the function of stroboscopic test and needs to test stroboscopic parameters, please select continuous test instead of single test.

A4: Download the following software files: LMS-6000_GS_Vcredist. Then install vcredist on the computer, and then re open the LMS-6000 software.
