Electromagnetic disturbance that degrades the performance of electrical equipment or electronic device, works abnormally or fails. It can be divided into conducted interference test and radiated interference test.
EMI Test Standard:
EMI test standards for electronic products can be classified according to different types of products:
Industrial, scientific, medical: CISPRI1, EN501, GB4824, YYO505-2012;
TV electroacoustic category: CSPR13, EN55013, GB13837;
Household appliances and power tools: CISPR14-1, EN55014-1, GB4343.1;
Electric lighting: CISPR15, EN55015, GB17743;
Information technology equipment category: CISPR22, EN5022.
Conducted interference test solution:
Option 1: LISN (Line Impedance Stabilization Network) is directly added to the line.
Option 2: Current probe, surround the periphery of the power line or signal line.
Radiated interference test test solution:
Equipment: EMI test receiver, test antenna, turntable/antenna mast positioning controller, etc. For common desktop devices, place them on a non-metallic turntable with a height of 80cm during measurement. The horizontal distance between the test reference point of the test antenna and the imaginary radiation center (generally its geometric center) of the device under test is 3M. During the test, the turntable rotates in the range of 0~360°, and the test antenna is raised and lowered in the range of I~4M (horizontal polarization) and 2~4M (vertical polarization), and the antenna is vertically polarized and horizontally polarized to obtain the maximum disturbance value.
