This customer is a relatively large LOD factory in Malaysia. The company registered on 5th, January , 1989 and established extensive marketing and experience in the field of street lights in technical research. With professional knowledge, they created and produced street lights with a variety of power supply, including 70W, 100 W, 150W, 250W and 400W, and other attachment materials, such as a tingler, banana socket, connector, ceramic, E40 lamp holder Wait.

Before 2017, they did not have their own lamp production lines, and the lamps have been imported. Later, they wanted to expand the company’s scale and decide to produce lamps by themselves. Therefore, they also needed relevant testing equipment to detect whether the lamps they produced were qualified. Therefore, customer learned about our company and came to our company to negotiate about testing equipment through his Chinese lamp supplier.

Because the COVID-19 epidemic did not appear during the negotiations, we agreed to the customer’s equipment arrived, and LISUN engineer will immediately visit there factory for on-site installation and training.

However, in early 2020, the outbreak of COVID-19 Virus caused our engineer could not go abroad to install and training for customers. The engineer of LISUN was very worried that the customer could not work and operate the equipment well after receiving the device. After a meeting of LISUN engineers, LISUN finally decided to install and operate each device from the laboratory step by step and make a video step by step. After more than a month of continuous overtime work of LISUN engineers, the engineer finally made the installation and operation video of each device successfully and sent it to customers. At the beginning, the customer was also anxious at the time, worried that he could not do well, and felt too complicated. The psychology caused the work to delay and could not start. Later, under the patient persuasion of LISUN engineer, let customers watch the video more than ten times, and follow the video operation step by step. In the end, under the guidance of LISUN engineers, the customer was operated step by step according to the video steps, and the device was finally successfully operated. They were very satisfied with LISUN’s after -sales and equipment quality, and then placed another order for LISUN’s waterproof testing equipment. Because of the successful case of the video operation, the second time order, customer was successfully installed according to the installation and operation video.
