LISUN Cable Tie Minimum Operating Temperature Test Solutions designed to fully comply with the minimum operating temperature test for cable ties as defined in Clause 9.4 of NMX-J-623-ANCE-2025, CSA C22.2 No. 62275:25 and UL 62275. Each test devices precisely matches the requirements of Figure 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d, ensuring accurate, repeatable and compliant testing for your cable tie products.
1. UL 62275 Figure 4a Test Apparatus Assembly (LISUN Model: LS-SU4068A):
• Precision Impact Control: The free-fall hammer mechanism ensures impact energy is delivered exactly as defined in Table 7, with adjustable drop height and weight to match test requirements.
• Integrated Measurement: The system includes a calibrated scale for accurate drop height measurement, and guided rails to ensure the hammer falls vertically, eliminating lateral movement.
• Robust Construction: The heavy-duty base and rigid frame provide stability during impact, while the sample holder securely clamps the test mandrel and cable tie assembly.
• Compliance: Fully aligns with the test apparatus assembly shown in Figure 4a, ensuring the impact is applied correctly to the strap of the cable tie.

2. UL 62275 Figure 4b & 4c Test Mandrel with Supporting V-block (LISUN Model: LS-SU4071A):
• Precision V-block Design: The V-block is precision-machined to securely cradle the test mandrel, ensuring it remains stable and aligned during impact.
• Impact Alignment: The design ensures the impact force is directed precisely at the strap of the cable tie, opposite the locking mechanism, as required by the standard.
• Material Durability: Constructed from high-strength, impact-resistant materials to withstand repeated testing without deformation, ensuring long-term accuracy.
• Versatility: Compatible with a range of mandrel diameters as specified in Clause 5.9, making it suitable for testing various cable tie sizes.

3. UL 62275 Figure 4d Test Apparatus for Cable Tie Impact Test (LISUN Model: LS-SU4070-0.25KG, LS-SU4070-0.5KG and LS-SU4070-1.7KG)
• Precision Hammer Design: The system incorporates a dedicated hammer with a radius of R300 and a striking face diameter of Ø20, as specified in Figure 4d, ensuring the impact force is applied correctly and consistently.
• Sample Positioning Compatibility: The apparatus is designed to work seamlessly with the test mandrel and V-block (Figure 4b & 4c), ensuring the cable tie locking device is positioned opposite the point of impact, and the gap in the V-block is sufficient to prevent contact with the strap or locking device.
