  • The LS8815 Impulse Winding Tester are specially designed to meet the testing needs of winding components. Their working principle is to utilize a tiny high-voltage charged capacitor (with low testing energy) to form an RLC parallel resonance with the coil under test. Through the oscillating attenuation waveform, combined with the precision sampling, processing and analysis technology with a speed of up to 100Msps (200Msps customizable), they can accurately detect insulation defects of the coil itself, including inter-turn short circuits, inter-layer short circuits, and reduced insulation performance. This helps component manufacturers and users more effectively control product quality.

    The series of instruments feature fast measurement speed and good repeatability of test waveforms, and can be widely applied to components wound with enameled wires, such as motors, power frequency transformers, relays, switching power supply transformers, and degaussing coils.
