The LS-B21 electrical enclosure compression test apparatus is used to test the compression resistance and structural stability of electrical mounting boxes and enclosures, ensuring they meet usage requirements under specific environmental conditions and external forces. The apparatus first treats the sample in a specific temperature environment. After the sample cools to ambient temperature, it is placed between dedicated support structures, and a specified pressure is applied steadily and maintained for a corresponding duration. After the test is completed and the pressure is released for a period of time, the deformation of the sample is measured to determine whether the enclosure has undergone deformation or damage that affects its use or fails to meet requirements. The apparatus can precisely control the pressure and application time, simulating the pressure scenarios that electrical enclosures may encounter during actual storage, transportation, or use, providing a scientific basis for product quality verification and ensuring the reliability of the mechanical properties of electrical enclosures.
