The LS-B67 temperature rise test clamping element is a dedicated auxiliary device designed specifically for plug temperature rise testing. Made from a specially formulated blend of brass, it ensures stable electrical and thermal conductivity during testing. The product includes various copper blocks compatible with different plug sizes, along with dedicated clamping screws for reliable plug fixation. The pin opening size is designed to strictly adhere to relevant testing requirements, providing ample space for precise thermocouple placement. The element also comes with a dedicated wooden board for use with a temperature rise tester, creating a standard testing environment for plug temperature rise testing. This ensures the testing process meets specifications, helps obtain accurate temperature rise data, and provides strong support for the safety performance testing of plug products.
