How do you do a salt spray test?

1. First power on the salt spray test chamber (plug in)
2. Press the red power switch panel from left to right, respectively: the low water level A light is on, the low salt water B light is on, and the low water level C light is on.

Q1: Uneven spray or incorrect spray amount
A1: The nozzle position may move during the transportation of the chamber or after long-term use. Please readjust the nozzle direction. The spray volume can also be controlled by adjusting the size and direction of the spray tower window.

Q2: Nozzle clogged
A2: After the chamber has been used for a long time, the nozzle may be clogged by impurities. Just remove the nozzle, clean it, and then reinstall it.
Please use pure water for saturated barrel water and solution water to avoid nozzle clogging. In addition, each of our salt spray chambers is equipped with a spare nozzle. If the old one is damaged, it can be replaced with a new one.

Q3: The test chamber I received is different from the one in the instruction manual or brochure.
A3: The appearance and details of salt spray test chambers of different sizes may be a little different. In addition, we will also improve the hardware from time to time based on our experience to make the equipment easier to operate.

Q4: After clicking Start Test, why does the temperature remain unchanged for a long time and the chamber does not start heating?
A4: The salt spray chamber has a strict over-temperature protection mechanism. If the temperature sensor fluctuates or the temperature line flashes, the self-protection mechanism will be triggered. See the figure below. Press “Pause” and then press it again to contiunue, and the chamber will return to normal:
