India-The customer successfully installed and operated the LPCE-3 compact spectroradiometer integrating sphere system by watching the video

Although this Indian customer factory has just been established, their engineers and boss are all experienced and have been in the LED industry for more than ten years. This customer mainly LED bulbs, small street lights, flood lights, drivers, etc. manufacturer.

This customer learned about our company’s equipment through our old customers. Because they have operated our equipment on the side of our customers, they were very satisfied with the quality of our equipment and the test results. So they make an inquiry on our website for the LPCE-3 compact spectroradiometer integrating sphere system. Because the customer already knows our equipment very clearly, so they just asked some after-sales questions and placed an order soon.

Due to the epidemic, our engineers were unable to go to the customer’s factory site for installation and training. However, LISUN considered this influencing factor at the beginning of the epidemic. LISUN engineers installed and operated each of device in the laboratory and recorded it into video. After the customer received our equipment, we immediately sent the installation video to the customer and reminded the customer to watch it a few more times. After watching the video several times, the customer started to follow the video step by step. Finally successfully installed and operated. After successfully using the integrating sphere system, the customer ordered another SG61000-5H-SP surge generator. This order is currently in transit and will soon arrive at the customer’s factory.
