French-LISUN engineer repair LSG-1700B probe for customers free of charge

This customer is a relatively large-scale LED manufacturer in France. They weren’t professionally engaged in the LED industry at the beginning. Later, they realized the importance of the LED lighting industry and they are also professional for the lighting industry, so they focused on the LED lighting products The company is an expert in the design and manufacture of various lamps, ceiling lamps and LED lighting. There are now more than 1,000 models of lamps in production and sales.

This company first learned about our company at an exhibition. After in-depth communication with our engineers on some technical issues at the exhibition, they soon ordered a set of LPCE-2 (LMS-9000) High precision spectroradiometer integrating sphere test system in our company. Later, the customer’s test requirements continued to expand, and they asked us for the LSG-1700B High precision Rotation luminaire Goniophotometer. Since the customer already knows our product’s quality and after-sales service very well, after understanding some installation issues with our engineer, they placed the order soon.

This is the first time a customer has encountered a problem with our equipment. After carefully checking the probe sent by the customer, our engineer found that the customer took apart the probe privately, which caused the inner wires to be entangled, causing the probe to short-circuit and fail to turn on. This customer is still within the two-year warranty period. Our engineers will repair it for the customer free of charge and send it back to the customer’s domestic agent.
